Welcome to our modern apartment with perfect sea view. Apartment consists of 3  bedrooms, 3 AIRCONDITION, 2 bathroom, living room with the kitchen and dining room with sofa bed. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

The small terrace in front of the apartement is perfect for relaxing breakfasts with the sound of waves hitting the shore and dinners with stunning views of the sun setting behind the surrounding islands. Welcome to our lovely 3-star rated apartments directly at the adriatic sea! The apartmenthouse is located next to the beach and has a direct access to the sea. Provided with a great panoramic view, you can overlook the whole beach. The sea is clear and refreshing and we offer sunbeds and sunumbrellas for our guests on the beach. It's an ideal place for relaxation, swimming and enjoying your vacation. The Apartment is 38 sqm large, suitable for 2 persons with 1 child.

Dalmatian traditional house (3 beds+2 ext)

Traditional Adriatic House that offers you a great opportunity to relax and enjoy your Croatian holidays. It is placed in Gornja Podstrana (cca 3 km winding road over the sea), cute Dalmatian place on the way to Split. Beach, bakery, supermarket and 3 cafes are located on the main road to the Split (under the village cca 3 km). House is fully restored with amazing view from big private terrace. If you want peace and relaxation you are in the right place.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

There is beautiful house in small place Podstrana near Split( 9 km) It is situated behind poplular hotel Le Meridien,5 minutes to the beach(shortcut without crossing the road ,only with stairs.The exit to the beach is through the tunnel below the main road).Apartment is renovated (2019.)Apartment consist 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom,living room with sofa bed,kitchen and dinning room.There is balcony with a beatiful view .

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
