Hall Manor is located in a tranquil farm on the border of Devon and Cornwall, just 2 miles from Lifton village with hotels, shop and award winning farm shop. It is 15 mins from the market towns of Tavistock and Launceston, 30 mins from wild Dartmoor and 40 mins from the rugged Cornish coast and beaches. Guests can wander freely in the farm, in woods and country lanes and enjoy the garden. "Double Room in Dreamy Devon Manor House" (sleeps 2) is also available but needs to be booked separately.

We really want you to experience the beauty of our area. We live on a safe and quiet peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides,close to Cornwall via the foot ferry, close to Brittany Ferries. You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

I am a dog friendly B&B and can provide guided walks along magical river valleys and across the moors. I run a dog boarding and walking business so guests do need to be comfortable with dogs as sometimes there are up to 2 dogs including my own
