We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

We really want you to experience the beauty of our area. We live on a safe and quiet peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides,close to Cornwall via the foot ferry, close to Brittany Ferries. You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Two bedrooms and a bathroom for your exclusive use (up to 4 people) are at one end of our detached house. You have a key and can come and go through the front door of the house Our home is in a leafy suburb with views down the valley to the village church and the remains of a Norman castle There is a fridge in the shared (family) kitchen which has milk, juice ,jam ,bread and cereal for you to make a simple breakfast Pets that are house-trained are welcome; please ask when booking

The Bothy on the edge of Bodmin Moor

BED & BREAKFAST at The Bothy close to Bodmin Moor, Cardinham Woods, National Trust Lanhydrock, half an hour from north and south coast and just off major A30 and A38. No TV but guests are welcome to relax in our pretty gardens. Delicious English breakfast is includrd in the price, served using local ingredients, home-made bread and preserves, other menus catered for. The room has a cupboard with hanging space and shelves, small bedside table, lamp and radio and stool.

Located in a quiet and peaceful village on the western flanks of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park, three miles from the popular town of Tavistock, Peter Tavy Lodge is a spacious and charming Edwardian house with plenty of garden to explore. You can be assured of a warm welcome - and a fresh home cooked breakfast; beautiful moorland walks on the doorstep and an extremely popular pub (Peter Tavy Inn) within five minutes walk from our house.

My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily. A continental breakfast is included (Gluten free option).

Pretty 18th century cottage in Moretonhampstead, Dartmoor Devon. Double room with antique pine sleigh bed,small en-suite shower room,coffee & tea making facilities the room also has TV. Private Heritage bath available on request. Dog friendly, sorry no cats. Breakfast is from 8 O’clock, I can leave it out if it’s needed earlier. Continental breakfast included, full English £8.
