We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

The Folly - Cornwall

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

Brecombe Barn is a self catering comfy two bedroom, Cornish stone barn, tucked away in a rural and quiet location close to the market town of St. Austell. Brecombe Barn is within a short driving distance of both north and south coasts and main tourist attractions inc The Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project and Charlestown. Brecombe Barn is based close to owners property has its own private access, private parking and garden, is not overlooked and has views of surrounding fields.

The Summer House, ( Cosy wooden cabin / private)

Our beautiful wooden cabin, is tucked away, with creek & countryside views, but still within the village. The cabin, boasts a fabulous private garden, with BBQ for both morning and evening sun. The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)

The Taphouse, peaceful barn annexe on family farm

A peaceful annexe in a traditional barn conversion on our farm. Private patio area and secure bike or Kayak storage. The village and surrounding area has an abundance of quality pubs and restaurants serving local produce. Stithians village has a shop, a pub, and is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and National Trust sites. The North and South coast are close by and there are many ideal walks and cycle routes. There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.

Sunnyside Barn is a 5 star brand new barn conversion. There are lanes from the property perfect for walks or mountain biking. Open plan living with the latest modern kitchen appliances. The lounge has a 50in smart tv with log burner. There is 3 bedrooms all en-suite two with rain showers. The master bedroom has a Superking bed, smart tv wall through wardrobe into en-suite Bluetooth mirror to play music while you relax. There is also an outside surf store if required.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.

Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
