Cuenta con dos niveles. el dormitorio está en la parte superior al igual que el espacio de trabajo (Starlink) y hamacas para descansar. El techo es una gran palapa. La casa tiene una pequeña alberca privada desde donde podrás disfrutar la mejor vista sobre playa Mermejita. La casa es muy abierta para poder disfrutar de la frescura del viento y de las mejores vistas.

El departamento está ubicada en una colonia muy tranquila y se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando a la playa del Amor, también se encuentra a 5 minutos de un risco en el cual, puedes apreciar el mar.
