Sinag is your solar-powered waterfront sanctuary on the cool shores of Isla Verde. Skate by the sea, watch the sunrise and sunset from a hammock, or wind down with a movie under the stars—all with Starlink internet, if you must be connected. Please note: this isn’t a high-end private resort, but a soulful little family cabin we’re opening to guests who want to experience authentic island living within a vibrant local community with its own pulse and pace. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We call our place "Haven"

"Haven" is a family-friendly place, enjoyable for beach lovers. The beach, where one can go swimming or enjoy the beautiful scenery, is a 10-minute walk from "Haven". Guests can also enjoy (for a fee) swimming in the pool, jet-ski, banana/boat rides or other water fun activities. Notes: *Swimming is best enjoyed during high tide. Aquashoes, etc. are recommended. *For safety, horseplaying activities are not allowed in "Haven" especially in verandas, roof deck & areas where falling is possible.

Anthony’s Cabin is located at Sitio Makalintal Calubcub 2 , San Juan Batangas 2-3hrs drive from Manila. We’re near between Seafront Res. & Solmera Coast. Our Cabin is perfect for your vacation getaways to relax , unwind and spend quality time with your Family and Friends. You will enjoy the dipping pool in the cabin and has beach access 2mins walk going to the beach. Cabin has own CR toilet & shower. Kindly bring your own towels & toiletries. And has small kitchen at the back of cabin.

Welcome to Casa de Ligaya (House of Joy)! This is our "happy place" that lets you relax, enjoy the scenic view of the sea, and escape from the bustling urban life. The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.
