Nuestro apartamento es el reflejo de como se vive en Lanzarote. Con mucha luz, refleja la naturaleza que nos rodea. Todos los espacios estan pensados para disfrutar del relax: sus grandes sofás con cojines para hacer la siesta o charlar entre amigos, su terraza para desayunar al sol o tomar el aperitivo al atardecer, su habitación amplia y diáfana para descansar y recargar energía y su cuarto de baño que nos recuerda las dunas de arena.

Situated on the seafront in costa teguise,in the superb Sands beach resort.Our large one bedroom villa(sleeps six) looks out on to the resorts private beach lagoon.The resort has plenty of amenities lots of pools, gym, tennis court and kiddies club,restaurants and nightly entertainment.The town centre is 10 minute walk away along the promenade with lots of restaurants,bars,shops. Also nearby is the costa teguise golfclub, and the Aqua water park for familys. Lots of kite surfing also available.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

If the reservation is blocked for some dates, feel free to contact me, some dates could be available ;). The apartment is located in a very quiet part of Costa Teguise. The pool (NOT ACCESSIBLE -> COVID) of the complex is just visible from the balcony. It is pretty quiet and you can easily get the best time to get a swim. NO SWIMMING POOL ACCESS UNTIL NORMAL SITUATION, VERY SORRY, but the beach is close by. Shopping or grocery supermarket is 4 mins walk. Restaurants are 4 to 10 mins walk.
