The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

The famous Old Venetian Harbor of Chania is less than ten minutes away on foot and the Agora market in the city centre is about 10 minutes walk.The lovely beach of Nea Chora, which is a blue flag beach, is perfect not only for swimming but also for evening strolls along the promenade, which is famous for its excellent restaurants with sea food, Mediterranean and Cretan traditional dishes.

The house is fully equipped and it has a beautiful view of the Souda Bay and the Lefka Ori. The distance from Chania airport is about 25klm, 30klm from Rethymno and 5klm from the beautiful sandy beaches of Kalyves. in Neo Chorio that is about 900m away from the house you can find mini market, pharmacy, taverns and cafes.

The apartment Anaxagoras consists of an open-plan residential complex and is characterized by an imposing original Venetian arch, which separates the kitchen and living area from sleeping. The house is located in Agia Marina, 100 meters away from the beach in a quiet area. It is surrounded by trees and grass, BBQ area and it has a very nice view during the day and the night. It is very close to the bus station (50 meters away) close to restaurant, bar, coffee, 15 minutes walking from Platanias and 15 minutes from the center of Chania town by car or by bus. It has one big bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom and one sofa-bed.

The house is located in the village of Modi, atop a hill, a few minutes away from the sea and the tourist amenities of Platania and 15 minutes away from Chania . You can experience the life of a unspoiled Cretan village and have a great view of nature, the fields of olive and orange trees while you swim at the pool. Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
