Placencia Villas is located in the heart of Placencia Village close to shopping, restaurants, beach. We are 50 feet from the sidewalk, 100 feet from the beach, next to the Gelato shop and Rumfish, and a blocks from the pier. Our units range from studios to two bedroom apartments. All have full kitchen facilities, A/C, wifi, and cable TV. All five brightly painted buildings are arranged around an attractive courtyard surrounded by trees which give the property a private feel nevertheless.

Included on the property is: daily cleaning of property, hammocks, gardens with picnic tables and seating, WIFI throughout the property and lots of shady from our mature trees.

Our two bedroom unit is great for families or groups of friends. This unit has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, a large living area and a private screened deck. This upstairs unit's sunny and light! It is available for 3 days to a full month.

Placencia Villas is probably best described as a guest house, you have access to your own unit. All units have kitchenettes or kitchens, private bathrooms, A/C, cable, and WiFi. There is a common courtyard and BBQ deck. Free private parking is available.
