Palveluihin noin 1 km. Talossa on useita makuuhuoneita, tilava olohuone, keittiö sekä tilava terassi, josta avautuu upea näkymä järvelle. Alueella on monipuoliset ulkoilumahdollisuudet, kuten pyöräilyä, suppailua, uimaranta sekä kalastusmahdollisuudet. Talon vieressä on ulkokuntosali ja leikkipuisto lapsille.

Terassilta voit ihailla järvimaisemaa tai metsän elämää. Sauna on aivan rannan tuntumassa, veneellä tai sub-laudalla voit lähteä soutelemaan tai kalastelemaan. Talvisinkin pääsee aina uimaan. Pihalta löytyy mm. kaasugrilli ja hiiligrilli sekä nuotiopaikka. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.
