This light and airy hideaway was designed and built by the host incorporating her own handiwork in art and furnishings. Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. There is plenty to do on site; barbecue, play corn hole or horseshoes have fun with games and cards kept in the hall, enjoy the pool and hot tub in the warm season. May to Sept. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local occupancy tax. Your cottage opens up to the pool area which maybe available during the summer months but not guaranteed as this pool is too deep for kids to stand in. There is also a hot tub open from March to Dec. So the key to open the pool is subject to conversation. The pool is shared with us. No parties please. This is a non smoking property. We love dogs but we can not allow pets brought in. We have a large dog and cats. We kindly ask for slow driving up and down driveway as the animals are slow to move as they own the space. These are accommodations you wont find at a hotel. We are not one, this is our home we are opening to share with you. We are next door most times if you have any questions otherwise we will respect your privacy. The guest house sits on three acres with the main house where the host lives with her husband. It is just one and a half miles to the freeway and town. Four minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. There are chickens, 2 baby gosts, and a rabbit on the property along with cats and a large dog, Jules, who is sure to greet you. The pool will be opened to guests that can swim only as the shallow end is quite deep. Opened when the temperature increases in the summer months. A cold pool is no fun to swim in. The hot tub is open in March to Dec. Contact hosts if plan to use.

The Shed

Beautiful backyard guest house in Los Osos. Comfortable and cozy, peaceful and private. There is a fold out couch perfect for a child. No kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a hot water kettle. Enjoy the adjacent hot tub and private fenced in yard. Not a place for loud parties, just some peace. You will be walking distance from Baywood Park and the back bay. 10 Minutes away from Montana De Oro State Park and Morro Bay. About 45 minutes north to Hearst Castle

Our peaceful home is located a short walk from the back bay of Los Osos. Its new design makes for a restful getaway with its luxurious bedroom, hot tub, and soothing bath. Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

Relax in the jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a sunset view from your own patio outside this unique eco-friendly suite . The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Chill in a hammock and enjoy veggies from our organic garden or kayak the bay. Plug-In for Electric vehicles. 3pm Self-check in. 5-point Covid cleaning protocol. 28 day max stay per California law.

This is a "Studio" apt. High ceilings, big windows. It is directly under the upstairs Barn unit . Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to sound. Located on a dirt road,in the country on 2 1/2 acres,just minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Central Coast. This is a cozy space, with a coffee pot , microwave,tea pot, toaster, small fridge, t.v, wifi. Dogs are permitted with an addition $65 per pet fee. Patio furniture wiith covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6. EV/Tesla charger in garage.

The Beach Bungalow: Hike, surf & visit wineries

The country meets the sea in this laid-back, picturesque surf town. Shell Beach is halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on California's Central Coast, which makes it the perfect stop for some wine tasting and outdoor adventure. Within walking distance there is a beach (best to visit at low tide), restaurants and coffee shops. My home is an original 1950s bungalow. Per guests requests, I made few upgrades — new windows, space heaters in every room and a dishwasher to boot!

Our condo is one of the top 10 oceanfront resorts in California. This unit overlooks the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, bbqs and fire pit. Access to the beach is just yards away. It has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean just steps below the unit. The restaurant offers pool service , room service also a full bar with live music. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.
