The Ultimate Waterfront Cabin Experience in Maine

The sunset views are plentiful here at this cabin. This peaceful retreat is situated on Ripley Pond. It is a wonderful property with much to do, eg, swimming, fishing, reading, floating on the pond, or cooking in our newly outfitted kitchen. The property has a dock and there are four kayaks provided for your use. A boat launch is accessible down the street for you to bring your own water toys. There are many ATV trails for you to bring your four-wheeler. Parties and large gatherings not allowed.

Family Friendly Lakefront Cottage, Ambajejus Lake

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is a large (1600 sq. ft.) kid friendly cottage that has all of the conveniences of a home with the beauty and charm of a lakefront cabin. The construction was finished in 2024 so everything is new including the furniture and appliances. The cabin waterfront is in a shallow cove. The depth at the end of the dock is less than 3 feet making it a good place for wading and exploring for kids. Water shoes recommended.

Warden Camp on Kingsbury Pond, Couples retreat/ATV

East Smith Pond Camp

This lakefront cabin is about 5 minutes from Millinocket, Maine and near Baxter State Park. The deck outside and four season porch both overlook the beautiful waterfront westerly sunset views of Smith Pond.This waterfront property has a sandy beach , great for swimming ,kayaks and very good fishing with fire pit for relaxing . The inside has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. There is a loft bedroom accessible with ladder access that also has a full size bed.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

It is the perfect get away for any family or group looking to relax, fish, kayak, canoe and swim with all the comforts of home in the Maine woods. Everything needed to enjoy the Pond is onsite, even the fishing poles, kayaks and more. If you need peace, you found it.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

This 3 bedroom lake house is situated on a SPECTACULAR lakefront lot on Big Lake Wassookeag with a private 132 foot sandy beach with easy water entry. This property was one of the original Dexter Shoe Company camps. Come sit on the deck or down by the beach, enjoy all the waterfront activities, have a campfire while watching incredible sunsets and listening to the loons. You won't want to leave... Just minutes from downtown Dexter.
