Outdoor areas include an a large lower deck with dining and seating areas, a *BRAND NEW* hot tub, a fire pit, and a grilling area. Located about 15 minutes from downtown, you can have the peace and seclusion of the lake without sacrificing the attractions of Hot Springs.

Treat your family to the Casa Royale, a modern 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath lake house in the country nestled on the banks of Lake Hamilton's main channel. Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in cove will be minimal.

This property is close to Oaklawn Racing and casino, Downtown restaurants, bathhouses, hiking and biking trails. 5 miles to Oaklawn horse racing and casino!!

This 1,000 sq ft 2BR/1BA guest suite offers complete privacy from the adjoining property. Located just off of Hwy 70 (Airport Rd), it's just minutes from Lake Hamilton and only about 5 miles from Oaklawn Casino and Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Contact the host before booking if bringing a pet. Only one small pet (15lbs or less) allowed. There is a $20 pet fee (no exceptions). There absolutely NO smoking allowed in the guest suite. ($200 fine for smoking in guest suite)
