This home has 1 Exterior Ring camera doorbell, located by the ground level red entry door. This records video & audio, when activated by motion detection or pushing the ring button.

NO FEE's Do Not pay ($50.)if you DO NOT use the HOA amenities. The club House is extremely careful and cautious about being cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We understand the importance of staying Healthy that’s why we use 40-80 First Defense (Hospital Grade/ Covid 19 DISINFECTANT plus Clorox Clean up bleach DISINFECTANT after each guest to ensure not to spread any illnesses or Diseases! We are also equipped with a fully automatic whole house propane generator.

The master bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has a smart TV in it. The family room has a smart TV as well. The Wi-Fi is strong and can stream movies, video games, emails, cell phones etc.
