It has it's own entrance, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of off street guest parking. You will be very close to both Saguaro and Canyon Lakes, the Salt River, and plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, shooting, off-roading, and more. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.

Outdoor gas BBQ and indoor fully stocked kitchen. The community pool is just at the end of the street. Pool is not heated.

THAT HOUSE is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath that offers a fully loaded kitchen that features an exposed wood ceiling with built-in skylights, a naturally lit bathroom, a living room that connects to a private yard with a shaded back patios, a carport with driveway parking and a laundry room.
