Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. There are several seating, dining and sun bathing areas in the garden and surrounding the freshly renovated, heated pool for you to enjoy those warm summer days and evenings.

Set in the heart of the Green Perigord region,this charming traditional stone built house is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.
