Yellowwoods Farm- Midlands/ Balgowan/ Curry’s Post

Built in 1896, this is one of the original Natal Midlands farmhouses, made from traditional blue cut stone, yellowwood floorboards and wrap around verandah. The house is surrounded by an established garden and is a truly unique family-friendly home. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite). The Cottages - The Old Mushroom Farm

As the name suggests, the farm was once used to grow mushrooms, but has since been renovated into modern accommodation and is now an attractive destination for the whole family- including pets! There is plenty to do and see on the farm with multiple shops, restaurants, kids play area, food garden and more also on the property. Work out at the gym, grab a morning coffee, pick up some fresh bread, and forage for your lunch- all a short walk from where you’ll be staying.

Gobbins Cottage, Old Kilgobbin Farm, Dargle

Old Kilgobbin is a 150 year old farm on 200 hectares, with indigenous mistbelt forest, a trout dam and paddocks filled Angus cattle. The farm is situated within the Midlands M eander tourist route. Gobbin's cottage sleeps 4 to 6 people and is serviced daily. There’s 2 other listings: The Coop sleeps 2 and The Cairn sleeps 6. Groups of 10-12 welcome.

This is a romantic loft unit with stunning balcony views. Totally open plan with a king and two single beds (or it can be arranged as four single beds), there is a single size daybed for a fifth person. Lounge/dining/kitchenette area and a bathroom with Victorian bath and separate shower. Braai facility on the balcony.
