You will have direct access to grocery stores, clothing stores, bakeries, beach bars and restaurants, everything is within 1 minute walking distance! I additionally would be more than happy to assist my guests with transportation options, and recommendations!

Spend an unforgettable holiday in the seaside village of Paralia. The air-conditioned room I rent is located 30m from the seashore and can accommodate up to 3 people. The room has one double bed (we can add a cot) and a lovely balcony. It also has a small partially equipped kitchen in which you can prepare your meals. Towels, linen, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. Kindly note that the place is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator.

Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στην Παραλία της Κατερίνης πάνω σε εμπορικό πεζόδρομο. Απέχει περίπου 300 μέτρα από το κέντρο (εκκλησία) του χωριού και 200 μέτρα από το αλιευτικό καταφύγιο. Κατά τη διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού απέναντι υπάρχει φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου. Η απόσταση από τη θάλασσα είναι 25 μέτρα. Ελεύθερα δημοτικά πάρκινγκ βρίσκονται σε 50 μέτρα. Δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας στο κτίριο.
