Harstine Place is a family home where five generations have grown and gathered. It was designed by our mother to maximize waterfront views. We welcome well-behaved dogs. There is 1 king, 1 full, 2 twins & queen sofa bed. Enjoy hiking trails, a clubhouse, and ball courts. Shared pool & spa open in summer. Beach shelters have fire pits & off-leash pet areas. You will be close to everything when you stay at my centrally-located home. Seatac Airport is about 20 minutes by car. Both Seattle and Tacoma are about 20 miles away from my home. Library, Grocery Store, Gym, Restaurants, and BP-Trail are all within walking distance. My lovely unit enjoys a courtyard entry with patio to sit out. The generous Primary Suite has a walk-in closet. Other amenities include WIFI, washer and dryer, basketball court, swimming pool, and two dedicated parking spaces.

Beautiful mount rainier views, relax in this calm, stylish space. This retreat has a jacuzzi, pool and 3 acres of wonderful landscape. The house has huge windows to appreciate the nature around. We have many elk and deer that visit us all the time. Kapowsin lake just 5 minutes away from the house and many stores around 10 minutes away, mount rainier 50 minutes away, Seattle 1 hour and 20 minutes, and Washington state fairgrounds 35 minutes away.
