Only 1 room is enclosed and the other room is open to the living room. Our home has 3 twin beds with pullouts, 1 double bed and 1 single foldaway bed. Max 9 pax with kids No party. Pet not allowed. What we love about our unit is that we can cook our own food which lets us save a little so we can have more to spend for other sports and activities in the resort.
