This recently renovated appartment (y.2021) has two spacious bedrooms, a fully equiped open plan kitchen-living room, a bathroom and access to a private balcony.

The house is surrounded with olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees and more, because the house is in the middle of an astate which gives you a gorgeous view. The house is 150 km from Athens( by car + ferry boat) or 210 km (by car, crossing the Chalkis). It is 13 km away from Aidipsos, a famous spa city known from antiquity. The village Gialtra, where you can find most of the basic shops , is on the top of the hill, within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes).
