Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Captain Nikolas

The house was built in 1917 by Nikolaos Lagoudakis. It was the summer home of the family and offered hospitality to many visitors for many years. The house was used for rural activities, such as the harvest of the olive tree, the threshing of the grain (there is also the threshing floor of this season), fishing and diving in the sea. It was fully rebuilt to 2017 with ecological awareness to meet as much as possible the needs of visitors
