À deux pas du centre ancien, cette maison vigneronne avec garage privé occupe le flanc droit d'une rue tranquille. En grimpant un escalier en bois, on accède à la terrasse tropézienne qui en constitue l’épicentre : d’un côté un espace de vie de 75 m2, de l’autre une piscine chauffée de mai à l'automne, aménagée dans une vieille grange et ouvrant sur une cour intérieure, paradis des oiseaux, avec ce qu'il faut pour passer du bon temps : fauteuil scoubidou, table de ping-pong, jeux en bois…

Nous mettons à votre disposition cet appartement spacieux, facile d'accès, au sein d'une maison vigneronne avec cours et parking privatif.
