This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train. Amazing location, close to airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie shops, pool, and buses. This is a recently renovated one bedroom apartment with great sun and views and a private deck looking out over Kilbirnie and Evans Bay. The apartment has separate access from the main house. Please note that there are stairs (14) leading to the front door. We can set the bedroom up with a king bed or two singles.
