We’ve fully enclosed the garden & added a Weber Charcoal BBQ, double hammock & outdoor furniture. Lovely retreat for couples, families or friends looking for a relaxing Scottish break. Perfect base for business trips with a desk and two computer screens available. Good WiFi, 2 flat screen TVs, BT sports, large book collection & family board games.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Guthrie's Den, Banff. Coastal, sea view retreat

Enjoy the beautiful, ever-changing views from your coastal town hideaway over Banff harbour and bay and across to Macduff. Chill out on the windowseat and just watch the waves roll in. Fresh milk, bread and a few treats await in the welcome pack. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is lots of hot water for a relaxing bath or shower. There are books, games, fast broadband and Netflix. A short stroll takes you to your choice of two fantastic sandy beaches or in to historic Banff.

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. Door to the Shore - Seafront Cottages

Door to the Shore is a modern day equivalent of a Bothy made from upturned boats used by fisherfolk as housing, situated 2 meteres from the slipway into this ancient harbour in Pitullie named Craighaven harbour. It is a luxurious Eco Pod crafted in the style of an upturned boat made from Larch Wood. It has underfloor heating, , a wetroom, smart tv, wifi, surround sound, wireless phone charger and iPhone docking station, kitchenette and contains the finest in bedding and appliances.

The Den

The Den is a stunning stone built 1 bedroom cottage finished and furnished to the highest standard offering a very comfortable stay for our guests. Set in a quiet rural location and within easy reach of Aberdeenshire’s many attractions makes it the perfect location for your getaway. The open plan kitchen / diner has a fully fitted modern kitchen. A full size single bed can also be added to the large bedroom to accommodate 3 guests. There is outside seating and patio area.

A 2 minutes drive to Ellon centre or take a lovely short walk through the woods. Family friendly, we provide a huge selection of products for travelling with kids, travel cot etc. Ten minutes walk to BrewDog. Lock box is right at the door with the keys, the code will be sent the day before check in.

The Beach House

Beach House Recently Refurbished, light, bright and brilliantly situated right on the Beach in the small village of Cruden Bay 26 miles North of Aberdeen. Bram Stroker himself holidayed in Cruden Bay back in the late 1800's and many believe that the Local Slains castle inspired Dracula. Also, right on the doorstep of this unique property is the World Famous Championship Golf Course featuring a par 70 Links Course.
