This loft occupies the entire third floor of the building with an elevator connecting the loft with the enclosed garage. Very spacious and awash in natural light. Features high quality construction and appliances coupled with interesting decor. In the center of the action in Macon with restaurants, bars and entertainment venues within a block of the loft including the Hargray Capitol Theatre, the Grand Opera House, and the Library Ballroom. The Macon Auditorium is about two blocks away.

Hardware Loft Shannon Building

Loft above a bustling small town hardware store. The Shannon Building was built as a warehouse in 1920. Then converted into offices upstairs and furniture store downstairs in the 1940's. This one of a kind loft apartment is renovated from the 1950's lawyer's office of JD Shannon.
