The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

L’appartement possède 2 toilettes ( 1 wc indépendant, et 1 wc dans une suite parentale). Calme, très lumineux, sécurisé avec visiophone Hôtel de ville à 5 min Vieux lyon à 10 min Place Bellecour à 4 min

Appartement spacieux (95 m2), au 2ème étage sur 4, de 3 chambres dont une suite parentale, une 2e salle d’eau et un 2e WC séparés. Cuisine US entièrement équipée. Le salon meublé et équipé offre un accès au balcon ainsi qu'un canapé-lit pour un couchage d'appoint en 160x200. Situé à Lyon Gerland à 2 pas des berges du Rhône aménagées, à 15 min à pied du musée Confluence, à 25 min à pied de la place centrale de Bellecour et avec réseau TCL (metro B, Tram T1) à moins d'1 km.
