Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! We mostly leave it up to our guests. Ask the hosts to provide bicycles and then head for the bike path in nearby Conocido Park. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! Our home has been newly remodeled with all your vacation needs in mind. It is minutes from State Farm Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, and many other amenities. Several Entertainment Districts are nearby which feature great shopping and restaurants. Sunnyside Retreat has a diving pool (NOT heated), hot tub, corn hole, VR headset, foosball table and much more for your home entertainment. We didn’t forget about the little ones, as they have a play coffee bar and games.

Heated Pool Included Walk to State Farm Stadium

Welcome to the Handcrafted Home in the desert. There is a large outdoor area with a heated pool, bbq, and propane fire table. The heating of the pool is included in the cost of your stay from October-May. You will enjoy entertaining in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen with updated appliances and an air fryer in the oven. The comfy beds are memory foam and the bathrooms are both updated. Skip the game day/concert traffic and opt for an easy walk. We are located 0.8 miles from State Farm Stadium.

The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.
