No. 12 has a large, stylish and sunny bedroom, with a seating area plus a work space if required (please state when booking and I can supply a desk chair). Access to the large bathroom private is across from the bedroom via a few steps and breakfast area downstairs. There are no cooking facilities available

Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

The bathroom is bright and contemporary, with electric shower and toiletries. Towels are provided. There is parking and a small sunny patio garden. I ONLY HOST Female guests. Check in anytime after 3pm.
