This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Two bedroom home with queen beds and queen pull out in the living room. Single bath w/shower. The home features central air/heat, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV's w/ Roku streaming. Indoor or outdoor dining accomodations for up to 6 guest. Enjoy bon fire's and smores in the backyard fire pit, seats 6, split logs provided. Free parking, fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach towles and board games + more. Mears State Park (beach) 1.6 miles, downtown 0.8 mile walk along Pentwater Lake!

Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Family summer home that is occasionally renterd. Older, modest property with no frills. Great location. Close to the beach, Mears State Park, Channel Park and downtown. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.

Enjoy your own private waterfront on beautiful Crystal Lake! Our updated, 768 sq ft cottage has just about everything you need for a weekend or week long stay! Use our 2 kayaks to explore the lake. It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. Pets allowed with additional pet fee. Unapproved pets are a $250 fine

Hilltop Cottage in Pentwater Village

This is a custom built vacation home with central air-conditioning, built in music speakers throughout the house and WiFi. We are 3 blocks from downtown, but secluded with that "up north" feel. This home is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of room upstairs and on the lower level. Park your car and use the bikes already at the house to get around town or to the beach. Spend your evenings at the fire pit or on the screened in porch!

The Historic Blue House

Eco-Friendly Stay! Come enjoy our historic and well-restored home situated just blocks from Stearns Beach and downtown Ludington's main street. The blue house is a perfect spot to relax any time of the year and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. With a wrap-around porch and spacious backyard, there is plenty of room to relax indoors or out. *Please note that all bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the second floor of the house.

This newly renovated gem is located in the quiet village of Pentwater near the sandy shore of Lake Michigan. Public beach, marines, tennis courts, shopping and dining are all within walking distance-and a playground and baseball field are directly across the street.
