Set on 2.7 ha of private land with direct access to Lake Miekojärvi, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and feel again. We are Joakim from Sweden and Jenny from Germany. We fell in love with the stillness and beauty of Arctic Finland, and we’re excited to share our cottage, and a little piece of that magic, with guests from around the world.

Riverside Dream Apartment

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Kaksi makuuhuonetta (molemmissa parivuode), parvi, jossa vuodesohva (120x200) sekä tarvittaessa 2 lisävuodetta. Lisäksi päärakennuksessa ulkokautta oleva käynti yläkerrassa olevaan lisä huoneeseen, jossa kaksi vuodetta sekä nojatuolit ja pieni jääkaappi 2 kahdelle. Pihassa myös ulkosauna ja lasitettu grillikota. Laituri rannassa.

Tervetuloa Miekojärvelle – aidolle Lapin kesälomalle puhtaan luonnon ja upeiden järvimaisemien äärelle. Nauti 200 metriä pitkästä yksityisestä hienohiekkaisesta uimarannasta, rantasaunasta suoraan järven rannalla sekä kesäkeittiöstä. Yöttömät yöt, järviuinti ja kalastus tekevät tästä täydellisen kesämökkikokemuksen – ilman ruuhkia. Sisällä talossa odottavat sauna, takka ja avara oleskelutila. A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.
