Beatiful house locates near by Santa Claus Village (2km) and Airport of Rovaniemi (2,5 km). The house has 4 bedrooms, open kitchen/living room area, private sauna with 2 showers, and 2 toilets. The house has a private yard, where you can hopefully see the Northern Lights. Nearest cross country ski trail starts only few meters away, nearest market about 1,5 km, bus stop 1,1 km and city center of Rovaniemi only 10 minutes drive away ( about 8 km). Guests are not allowed to use the fire place.

Elämyslaavu ja rantasauna erämaajärven rannalla

Koe Lapin luonnon rauha ja yötön yö ainutlaatuisessa lasiseinäisessä elämyslaavussa erämaajärven rannalla. Majoitus pedattuna 3:lle, omissa makuupusseissa yöpyville jopa 5 makuupaikkaa. Minikeittiössä keittolevy, mikro, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja astiat (lasit, mukit, lautaset, kahvipressot ruokailuvälineet jne.). Vieressä olevalla rantasaunalla suihkut. Kompostoiva puucee. Sauna on puulämmitteinen. Opastamme tarvittaessa saunan lämmityksessä. Käytössä kesällä ja alkusyksystä.

Talvella pääset rinteisiin ja laduille suoraan ovelta, ja voit rentoutua ulkoporealtaissa ja saunoissa. Koe myös moottorikelkkasafarit, lumikenkäily ja kalastus. Täysin uusiksi perinteiseen kelohirsirunkoon v. 2019 rakennettu talviasuttava mökki. Mökissä voit rentoutua hotellitason vuoteessa takkatulta katsellen. Pieni keittiö on erinomaisesti varusteltu. Upea sauna lämpiää napin painalluksella. Mökki sijaitsee Suomutunturin välittömässä läheisyydessä, n. 145 km päässä Rovaniemen lentokentältä. Hiihdon ja laskettelun lisäksi alueella on erinomaiset mahdollisuudet ulkoiluun ja retkeilyyn myös kesällä. Hotelli vuokraa suksia ja järjestää retkiä.

A peaceful end apartment (32m²) of a detached house by the river, only 2.5 km from Rovaniemi city center. Lidl and Citymarket are within walking distance. The accommodation includes an outdoor sauna with carrying water, the possibility of ice swimming, and the area has little light pollution, which enhances the visibility of the Northern Lights on clear, cold nights. The apartment features a bedroom with two beds (120x200), a combined living room and kitchen, as well as a WC and shower.
