Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nine foot, coffered ceilings make this place very airy with big windows in living room and bedroom. The futon couch folds down to make a double bed, with a queen bed in bedroom. The bathroom has safety features, grab-bars in the shower that doubles for a shelf & at the toilet that holds toilet paper. Fully equipped kitchen & multiple sets of towels & linens. Great for long term stays. Ground level entrance with small step onto covered porch.

This is a non-smoking , NON party home located right outside the city. This ranch style home offers you many ways to relax without worrying about being too far away from civilization. Minutes away from shopping, dining, entertainment, and the Air Force Base. Midway between the larger cities of Atlanta and Valdosta and the smaller cities of Perry and Macon. Currently there is a restraunt being built nearby that may cause weekday daytime noise. Keyless entry/outdoor cam.

Back porch is now a utility room; office, bedroom, nursery, storage, etc. Located 8 miles West of I-75 and 1/2 mile off of Highway 49. It is about 100 feet away from our other listing, "Cozy Cabin in the Woods" .

Secluded but close to town, located in a small community, Powersville, across from a historical home used for events. A wooded, private drive leads to a circular drive with ample parking. The apartment is upstairs with a lighted stairway leading to private deck which faces more woods. Nature is all around with birds, squirrels and deer frequenting the property. An outdoors fire pit allows for a relaxing evening.

Please note: You will need to go up stairs to access this main living space. We are 15 minutes from the Georgia National fairgrounds. Plenty of space for your RV or horse trailer, no RV hook up on site.
