Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. There is a seating/living room area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, fridge, stove ,TV.
