The cottage itself has a sauna, a spacious south-facing terrace, and both an indoor and outdoor fireplace all surrounded by a beautiful garden.

Paul's Ait has 2 bedrooms for up to 10 people, an open-plan kitchen-living room and a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped: pots-pans-dishes, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The house has an electric sauna (extra 50€ fee), a shower room and a toilet. Outside there is a spacious terrace with barbecue facilities. The house has 100/100 WIFI. Please note that we only accept bookings for 2 or more guests.

Cozy beach apartment

Nice and cozy apartment with everything you need for a good vacation in Pärnu. There are two balconies, one of them is on the east side, can be closed with glass panels. If you like sauna, then you can use it as well. There is opportunity to use WIFI and TV (Netflix included). SMOKING is forbidden indoors. It's allowed on one of the balconies. 10 minutes to the beach and ~15 minutes to the center (on foot).

Mainly because the house was home for the Konstantin Possiet, who was an explorer, admiral,minister,lieutenant general and friend of tsar in Russian Empire. Over the time in the house has been police department, church and ink factory.
