The Guesthouse is very quiet, equipped with all essential amenities. Swimming pool is also used with other guests. Restaurants and city life are just a short walk away, while the beach is only 10 minutes on foot. A true hidden oasis in the heart of Pärnu.

Large clear pond with sandy bottom, spacious yard and playground. Lottemaa, the beach and Pärnamäed café-bakery are nearby. Dogs are welcome. Sauna and hot tub with bubble system are available for an extra fee and require advance booking.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

Our place is close to everything, because Pärnu is relatively small. The garden house is good for couples and families with kids (it is located at a quiet area of Pärnu). 3,3 km to the beach by the Baltic Sea and 20 minutes walk to downtown. A 5 minutes walk from the river, where you can swim and walk.
