My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

"Secret Paradise" Private Pool Villa-Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Chameleon Premium Loft is located in a very quiet and convenient area of Nafplio, just a short walk from the center of the Old Town and the picturesque beach of Arvanitia, nearby supermarkets and taverns. A brand new and comfortable studio in a minimal modern style, is located on the roof of a newly built 3-story building with a panoramic view of Nafplio and a front view of the imposing Palamidi Castle, Bourtzi Fortress, and the most spectacular sunsets!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Fotini's cozy house

Η κατοικία είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη πλήρως και βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ όμορφο σημείο μεταξύ του χωριού Ασίνη και του χωριού Δρέπανο. Η απόσταση από το Τολό είναι 2 χιλιόμετρα, η απόσταση από τη παραλία Καστράκι και Πλάκα είναι 800μ και 1.000μ αντίστοιχα. Από το Ναύπλιο θα χρειαστείτε 7 λεπτά οδήγηση! Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ ήσυχη και αποτελείται μόνο από εξοχικές κατοικίες.
