Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

The vine house is a traditional stone house of 1900’s remodeled with style and emphasis on its distinguished fascinating characteristics. Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Secluded on the island of Serifos, this hidden gem is dedicated to nature. Relaxing here means becoming one with the island. Walking up to the sound of roosters & cicadas is a chance to unwind from hectic citylife and connect with nature. It took its name from the two figtrees (=dyo sykies in Greek) that are located diametrically from each other and border the estate. If you are lucky you will also enjoy fresh figs during your stay!

Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.
