Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.
