A cozy appartment( 45sq.m) in front of the sea of Perea. Fully renovated in 2021.The speed of wifi is 300 mbps!!! The bus station is 30 meters away. There is a supermarket 80 meters away. You will find a lot of beach bars, traditional taverns and playgrounds while walking at the sidewalk in front of the house. It's on the first floor.
