Come relax at one of the most special condos in New Bern. This corner 2 BR/ 2 BA unit has balconies facing the marina that are prime for relaxing. The side balcony that faces the fishing pier and kayak launch is a shady spot for dining. Just 20 minutes from the airport and downtown New Bern, this sailboat and golf community is a jewel. We are a short 1 hr 15 mins from Atlantic Beach and the NC Aquarium. The charming town of Oriental is only 40 mins away.

Comfy Corner

Get comfortable and enjoy this private entrance spacious unit with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. We have a public 18 hole golf course. It is similar to a hotel room only larger and no one else has access to it. New Bern is a historical city with tours scheduled daily at Tryon Palace. We are 45 minutes to the ocean. Our winters are mild with some days in the low 70s. New pictures are coming soon.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Restaurants within 1 mile from the home. Boat dock and fishing pier about 1/2 mile. Neuse river is a bike ride away with another fishing pier 2 pickle ball courts and playground less than 1/2 mile from the house. A stop for greenway cyclists and a hugh area for sail boat novoelists. You can take the Minnesott ferry on your way to Atlantic Beach.

Carriage House on the Neuse River

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.

Mother Dot’s Cottage

Your family will enjoy this cozy centrally located home. This house has all the feels of the old neighborhood. Situated between all of our beautiful summer camps including: Camp Sea Gull & Seafarer, Camp Don Lee, and Camp Caroline. Only 3 miles from the Minnesott Beach ferry and a few minutes from Oriental!
