When you step through the gate, you will know why we consider it our oasis (& only 1.3 mile walk to downtown Palo Alto!) Though we are under the same roof as our guests, you will have a separate entrance, your own kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower and very comfy queen size bed PLUS pull out full bed. Second bedroom is semi-detached - accessible through a small atrium off the kitchen. This bedroom as a queen bed, a trundle bed that can sleep 2, and a small desk for working from home.

One bedroom apartment, just 3 - 4 blocks from University Ave (the main strip) in downtown Palo Alto's shops and restaurants, half block from a great playground, and 10 min walk to the train. Great for business travelers, family with young kids (cool outdoor play space & extra toys to borrow!), Stanford families, and singles & couples. The unit is independent; just the outdoor patio/play space is shared. This apartment is above our garage which is just behind our house.
