It’s a modern, light, airy 50m² floor/apartment with a wonderful 70m² private garden with dinner table, umbrella, smart tv, bluetooth speaker overlooking the central square and bay of the prestigious seaside resort. The apartment is less than 300 mt from the award-winning beach and 5 min from the lake. Restaurants, supermarket water sports, tennis club, open air cinema at walking distance.
