Oma autopaikka lämpimässä autohallissa, minne pääsee hissillä. Rauhallinen talo ja hyvä leikkikenttä talon sisäpihalla. Aivan vieressä ovat visuaalisen taiteen museo Malva ja ravintolat Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa ja Ant Brew. Kävelymatka torille, teatteriin, Sibeliustaloon, Trion ja Sykkeen kauppakeskuksiin, satamaan, messuille ja urheilustadionille.

Majoitu viihtyisästi upeassa yli 100 vuotta vanhassa talossa Vesijärven rannalla. Talossa on ilmastointi, wc, suihku ja keittiö. Yläkerrassa parisänky ja 110cm sohva-sänky. Alakerrassa erillinen makuuhuone, jossa on 2kpl 140cm leveitä parisänkyjä. Lisäksi oleskelutilassa on 100cm leveä sänky ja olohuoneen sohvalla voi majoittua 1-2 henkilöä. Rantasauna ja terassialueita, missä on ruokailutiloja ja sohvaryhmiä. Poreallas ja ulkosuihku. Voimme tarjota myös kuljetuksia autolla tai veneellä.

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

I always wash the mattress cover and bed chlothes to every quest with undcented Finnish vegan products - my motto is "Clean bed gives you good sleep"!
