Our studio under the Oaks is like a tree house with a large deck area for you to unwind, explore and enjoy! The home is on a very quiet street that dead ends into the state park. Most of the traffic is neighbors walking dogs :-) The studio is attached to the main house but is completely separate, there is no access to the main house. In January of this year, wildfires burned about 12 houses immediately south of our house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
