Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. When you are ready to unwind in the evening, there are plenty of local restaurants and breweries to explore. This condo is located in Cascade Village, which is 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Please note, the condo is not located in downtown Durango.

Within 2 - 3 blocks from all restaurants and shops, you'll be hard pressed to find a more convenient location. Starlink internet service and a smart TV. Enjoy the private patio for dining outside. It's a great spot to spread gear out when getting ready for a day adventuring in the mountains. The Guesthouse is accessible from Blair/Empire Street.
