A newly renovated sweet apartment. This is located on the first floor of our house with a completely separate unit and entrance. We do live upstairs. There are granite countertops and the kitchen is equipped for guests to create special meals during their stay. New floors are accenting this warm space. There is one queen bed in a separate bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. You will probably hear noise from upstairs. The furnace and water pump are in the bathroom and can be noisy.

At the base of Pico and 10 minutes from Killington. Free shuttle service from my place to Killington. I have a free ski locker and free wood for the fireplace. There is a laundry room with coin operated machines. There is a brand new 50” flat screen tv with cable. It’s a smart tv, that’s hooked up to WiFi, so you can use your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu account if you want. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for 1 day. No daily cleaning service. No parties.

This is the 45-acre estate known as "The Oaks" previously owned by painter Maxfield Parrish. Huge oak trees and rocky ledges abound. Great for gatherings with family or friends. This cozy cottage is on Blue Ledge Farm- a working goat dairy. It is a one-bedroom with a double fold-out futon in living room to potentially fit 4 guests. It is within 15 minutes of both Brandon and Middlebury, 1 hour south of Burlington. Pets are allowed, on leash. It can possibly include a farm and cheese tasting for an extra $20 per person (contact host in advance). It is the perfect place if you're an animal or cheese lover looking for a rustic and relaxing stay on a beautiful farm.

This lovely renovated 3-room apartment is attached to our 1885 Vermont italianate home, located is historic Middletown Springs, Vermont. We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom.
