This brand new country farmhouse overlooks Oaks Creek with stunning rural views, yet is only 2.5 miles from Cooperstown and 1.5 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park. A cathedral ceiling first floor, open floor plan kitchen and common area (with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV) adjoins a full bath with tiled shower and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.
