We are only 11 miles to Barnes Barn Venue in Brookfield.

You are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee on our front porch where you can enjoy seeing the Amish buggies go by. We are located only 22 miles from Cooperstown/Dreams Park and 25 miles from Utica/New Hartford. We are a short 11 miles from Brookfield where the Barnes Barn venue is located. We are 25 miles from Hamilton College.

Enjoy having your morning coffee on our front porch. We have a small barn with goats and chickens that love attention. During the winter months we do not have the farm animals at the farm. Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. In this unit we provide tea kettle ,small refrigerator ,coffee maker and washer/dryer.
