Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Conveniently located near Ōtaki Gorge, shops, beaches, and Kapiti Coast wedding venues, this private retreat is 5 minutes to Ōtaki shops and 10 minutes to the beach. For smaller groups, our stylish new Greenwood Bungalow sleeps up to 3. Both properties can be booked together for larger parties.

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the end of the Escarpment track/ Te Araroa track and the Pukerua Bay train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are felling trees which might be heard during the day hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.
