Wir bieten hier unsere komplett neu renovierte, stylische Münchner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (56 qm) als Unterkunft an. Sie befindet sich in Bogenhausen, ca. 2km vom Zentrum. Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Sehr gemütliches Dachgeschoss mit eigener/m Küche,Bad,Wohn-, Schlafraum (33 qm) mit Satelitten-Fernseher,Blick über die Dächer(2. Etage)des ruhigen Wohngebietes von Ramersdorf-Perlach im Südosten Múnchens. Im Sommer bietet sich mein kleiner Garten zum Verweilen/zu einem Essen im Grünen an. Sie wohnen zusammen mit mir und meinem kleinen Hund in einer Doppelhaushälfte, wobei das Dachgeschoss abschließbar ist. In ihrer Küche ist kein Wasseranschluß, aber im Bad ist eine Spülschüssel für Geschirr.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.
